Children’s Health Defence versus FDA

Proceedings have been filed to try and prevent the vaccine been given to children under the provision of emergency.
It should be a no brainer but will be interesting to see how it goes.
The case argues that there never was an emergency for children with COVID-19. Something that seems to have got lost in the craziness of the past few years.
It should not be experimented on children given the emergency powers need an a royal emergency to be used.
