Jacques Baud is a Swiss intelligence analyst, military officer, intelligence and terrorism expert
He was involved with the UN and NATO, specifically in the investigation as to the weaponising of the Donbas autonomists.
He has a pretty good understanding of what has been going on in this area through his intimate involvement. A very good read which gives a very detailed appraisal of the true nature of the conflict.
