Indonesia and Covid
One of the most highly populated countries is Indonesia. It is the fourth most populous country and has had its own journey through the pandemic.
Their big peak occurred during a predominantly low vaccination roll out. The top of the infection spike occurred at the end of July when the vaccination roll out saw just 7.5% of the population double jabbed.
By the time the new infections dropped away to insignificantly low numbers, they had barely reached 30% fully vaccinated.
Yet highly vaccinated areas are having huge new waves of covid.
These sort of stats would be talked about in the media in a non totalitarian society, remember those old days.
