When will this racist woke bullshit end! Why would or should any business make race based decisions on any staff let alone senior positions! Its madness! People need to stand up & be counted on skill & hard work, not the colour of their skin! As an employer myself I couldn’t give a blind monkeys where you are from, male or female. If you can do the job with a smile I’m hiring you, end of story!
