Well, the war has begun… in my letterbox this morning I found a pamphlet for going cashless.

This is just my opinion but such narrow minded short term thinking is dangerous. While cash may not be the ideal form of currency it is certainly better than electronic currency which relies on the electrical infrastructure remaining intact.

Any number of disasters could temporary eliminate electricity thus rendering cashless systems useless.

If a war against cash is on the cards then the need to prep such high value tradeable items as silver becomes even more important than ever in case of disaster.
