The taxpayer-funded settlement Trevor Mallard paid to the staffer is apparently six-figures!

On top of legal costs charged by the Labour Party’s law firm, that takes the bill to taxpayers to above a million.

But he’s refusing to release the exact figure! This failure of transparency and secrecy of taxpayer sending brings the Speaker’s whole office into disrepute. And what has Ardern said? Yep you guessed it, not an issue for her to get involved with! We the people demand transparency & accountability, precisely what this government lacks! 😡
