Donald Trump’s legal team for the upcoming impeachment trial have threatened to extend proceedings for up to two months if witnesses are allowed according to Curtin University Professor Joe Siracusa. “We don’t know if there are going to be any witnesses yet. Lindsay Graham has threatened to bring even more witnesses to bring the Senate to a halt for six weeks to two months,” Mr Siracusa said.
This certainly explains why he recently fired his last lawyers!
